METHODS & SOURCES

Research you
can question.

Every observation has a scope. Here is what our public research shows, where it comes from, and what it cannot establish.

Purpose and editorial responsibility

Fidusor publishes a small, editorially selected set of company research pages. Selection does not imply endorsement or expected outperformance. The pages combine saved valuation evidence with shared AI-generated market narratives and eligible strategy previews. AI synthesis is interpretation and may contain errors; it is labeled and dated separately from financial inputs.

Fidusor maintains this methodology. Report a factual error or source concern through support, including the symbol, displayed date and source in question.

Valuation inputs and coverage

Public ratios come from Fidusor's shared, versioned valuation snapshots. Each page identifies whether financial-source information was recorded, while market-data sources are not separately identified. Inputs and calculations may differ in period, accounting treatment and estimates.

P/E is price relative to earnings; forward P/E depends on earnings estimates. Price / book compares market value with reported equity. EV / EBITDA includes enterprise value rather than only equity value. Free cash flow measures are labeled annual or trailing twelve months when that basis is recorded. Negative cash-flow yield is retained; non-positive valuation multiples are omitted as not meaningful for these comparisons.

Evidence coverage counts available components in the valuation model. It is not an accuracy estimate, return forecast or probability. Sector-specific models and missing inputs prevent interpreting all scores or ratios as interchangeable. Public pages do not publish an overall Fidusor score or calibrated price target. Daily technical states describe momentum, while strategy previews explain shared research candidates without assessing portfolio fit or providing position sizing.

Dates and missing evidence

Narratives are shown for up to 72 hours and marked older after 24 hours. Strategy previews require an assessment within eight hours, an eligible shared selection, and an unexpired options setup. Price quotes are shown for up to seven days and marked historical after four; daily technical context requires inputs within four days. Charts show raw daily closes, without split or dividend adjustments, for up to 65 saved observations within 120 days.

Calculation time is distinct from the dates of market and financial inputs. A new calculation does not make old inputs new. Evidence is labeled stale when the calculation is over eight hours old, market inputs are over four days old, or financial inputs are over 460 days old. These are publication thresholds, not assurances of timeliness; always inspect the dates.

Missing sources, invalid or future dates, and unavailable snapshots suppress public valuation values. Pages require at least three usable valuation measures and non-stale evidence before inclusion in the stock sitemap and search indexing. The directory remains available while coverage accumulates.

The existing background valuation process is scheduled every four hours. Successful universe runs also refresh shared stock insights for the public catalog, with two symbols at a time and reuse of narratives saved within the previous 24 hours. Publication reads saved data and may lag it by up to a few minutes because of caching. Provider failures or worker delays may extend data age. Page visits do not start provider or AI work.

Filings describe reported history

Insider disclosures and institutional position changes are displayed separately. Public records require a valid filing link and filing and transaction/report dates, and are limited to recent saved coverage. Coverage is incomplete; an empty list cannot establish that no trading occurred.

Form 13F reports quarter-end holdings and is generally due within 45 days after quarter-end. Short positions are omitted. A reported position increase is not a live buy signal, and its period-end value is not the price paid. Insider acquisitions may be grants or exercises rather than discretionary purchases.

Changes and uncertainty

Changes compare the latest two saved observations of the current calculation version, with matching financial-source and sector-model identifiers. Cash-flow measures also require matching annual/TTM bases. Differences may reflect prices, financial updates, estimates or source corrections; the page does not infer which caused them. We do not show a comparison if the latest evidence is stale.

These pages are research inputs, not personalized recommendations. They do not account for your holdings, objectives, tax situation, execution costs or risk capacity. Use the evidence to challenge a thesis and investigate what remains unknown.
