What Fidusor is
Fidusor is a software platform for investment research, portfolio context, market data, watchlists, and strategy analysis. It is a new product, and its public track record will grow over time.
Fidusor is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, exchange, custodian, or tax or legal adviser. Its research, scores, strategy tools, and AI-generated content are informational only and are not personalized investment recommendations.
Account and data safety
Security rule
Never send Fidusor your primary brokerage password, account password, verification or two-factor code, API key, private key, full account number, Social Security number, or payment-card number through email or support chat. Fidusor team members will never ask for these details through those channels.
Fidusor supports passkeys for phishing-resistant, passwordless sign-in using a compatible device, browser, password manager, or hardware security key. A passkey may be authorized with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, a device PIN, or another local unlock method. That biometric data or local unlock secret is handled by your device or authenticator and is not provided to Fidusor. Manage passkeys, recovery codes, active sessions, and recent security activity from your account Security settings.
You may postpone passkey enrollment for ordinary account use. However, Fidusor may require an active passkey and a recent strong sign-in before enabling future brokerage-sensitive features, or other designated high-risk actions. Recovery codes are optional account-recovery credentials; Fidusor does not automatically create or require them during passkey setup.
Email verification confirms control of an email address for account and recovery purposes. It is not a claim that two-factor authentication is enabled or required for every Fidusor sign-in, and it is not equivalent to a passkey for high-risk actions.
Where brokerage connections are available, authentication happens in the applicable brokerage or connection-provider authorization flow. Fidusor does not ask for or store your primary brokerage login credentials. See the Privacy Policy for details on information handling.
Connected portfolio synchronization uses permission-restricted, read-only access to retrieve portfolio data such as holdings and account context. This sync access cannot move funds or initiate an external account transfer. Any separately available order workflow requires your review and confirmation and is subject to its own broker and product controls.
Portfolio connections use encrypted third-party authorization flows. Connection tokens and provider secrets stored by the application are encrypted, with access controls and security monitoring used to help protect service data. No security measure is perfect; please protect your own credentials and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Payments, support, and reporting concerns
Use only the official fidusor.com website and communications from the @fidusor.com domain. For account, billing, technical, privacy, or security concerns, email [email protected].

If someone claims to represent Fidusor and asks for sensitive information, payment by cryptocurrency, or access to your account, do not proceed. Report it to support with any relevant details.
